The Administrative Services Division is responsible for all the record keeping within the department. The City Court Clerk is also assigned to this division. Civilian personnel assigned to Administrative Services ensure the accuracy of records entered into the police department computer as well as all records pertaining to policing activities, arrest warrants, stolen property entries in the Georgia Crime Information Computer, traffic citations, incident reports, accident reports and city court dockets. This division is also responsible for staffing the police department's customer service counter and is often the first point of contact for the public coming into the department's headquarters.
