The City Park consists of 200 acres which include five pavilions, six tennis courts, two handicap-accessible playgrounds, city pool, city golf course and ball fields (the ball fields are used by the Spalding County Recreation Department for summer leagues). The Division supervises and maintains the landscaping and facilities of all parks and golf course to ensure that all visitors can enjoy a clean and safe place to visit.
The City Pool provides summer recreation beginning in the month of May through August. The Pool is supervised by Certified Lifeguards. The City Pool is also utilized during the summer months by the Griffin Swim Team. Rates: Daily Pool Fee - $1.00 Per Day Swim Team Fee - $10.00 Per Swimmer Per Month (Minimum Monthy Fee of $600.00) Due on 1st of the month
