All financial and service matters are handled through the Customer Service Office at 100 South Hill Street from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. After hours and on weekends, you may deposit payments in the convenient night drop box located next to the drive-thru windows. Only checks or money orders are accepted in the drop box.
Customers establishing accounts by 2:00 p.m. will have their services turned on the same day. Customers establishing service between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. may have their services turned on by 7:00 p.m. that same day by paying and additional $25.00 After Hours Fee. Customers who establish service after 5:00 p.m. will have their services turned on the next business day.
If service has been disconnected due to lack of payment, our after-hours emergency reconnect service is available.You must come by the Customer Service Center at 100 South Hill Street where a respresentative will advise you of the amount due, plus late fees and the $25.00 after-hours reconnect fee. Again, only cash or money orders are accepted for after hour payments..
Residential Security Lighting
Don't be afraid when things go bump in the night. Outdoor security lighting from Griffin Power makes your home less appealing to criminals, while increasing your sense of well-being. The cost of service varies with the size of the light selected and is added to your monthly utility bill.
