A blue Ford F-150 XLT stepside with chrome front and rear bumper. The truck has a chrome trailer hitch and several large stickers on the rear glass. The vehicle was involved in a hit and run crash on S. Hill Street near E. Poplar Street. The vehicle will have moderate damage to the front bumper and grill area of the truck. The vehicle was last seen traveling east on East College Street.
